Hey everyone, it's 3:00 am, I can't sleep. We had a great evening of singing, heard some fun and peppy songs and some that really touched the heart and made me so glad to be a blood bought, born again Christian.
The Talley Trio revived a song they did many years ago titled Hallaluja Praise the Lamb, it was always a favorite of mine so it was good the hear their new redition of it. We heard most of my favorite groups tonight so I am a happy camper, but apparently a bit hyped up cause I can't sleep.
Hopefully tomorrow will be another day we can sleep in and then more singing tomorrow night.
This is me earlier in the day, outside in this beautiful weather working on an afghan I'm making for Madalyn. Rick decided to take some pictures of me to prove that I am actually on this trip.
Well, my eyes are getting droopy so I think I'll attempt to shut them and see what happens, hopefully sleep will come.
night, night
love you
mk

Look at you, all domestic and everything! I'm jealous because I can't crochet anything except a single line and it's a crooked line. You'd better rest up, because there's a storm brewin'- you know it by name - and it's going to hit hard. Be prepared. Oh, by the way, did anybody sing "Stepping on the Clouds"?
ReplyDeleteHi! We met last year at a Rangers game. We're out of Central and living in Austria. I've been really enjoying getting to know Cassie and she put me on her list of 'blog awards' and that's how I came across your blog. I just wanted to pop over and say 'hi'. Looks like you're having lots of fun! If deputation travel was like that I think we could've done it forever ;) haha. Have a wonderful weekend.
